Cancellation Policy
When booking a color service - All clients will be required to provide credit card information when booking a color service.
Because of the busy schedule I maintain in the salon, Im asking that you give 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled service to cancel/reschedule.
If you do not give 24 hours notice, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the service. If no notice is given and you are a “no-show” I reserve the right to charge 100% of the service.
Things happen we can’t always help! Circumstances will be taken into consideration should you need to cancel or reschedule.
